Terms and conditions of Ulla Popken GmbH
Dear Ulla Popken customer,
we would like you to shop with us as comfortably as possible.
The contract comes into effect once the goods have been dispatched. This takes place without further notice. We will immediately confirm your order via email once you have placed them with us. However, we reserve the right to check your order internally. In exceptional cases we cannot guarantee to send you the goods.
Delivery is normally by Royal Mail and should reach you within 5 - 10 working days (about 10 days to Ireland). If the delivery is delayed due to articles being out of stock, we will inform you immediately. In this case, no automatic delivery of substitute goods will be provided by Ulla Popken.
Different Shipping Address
If you prefer, we will deliver the goods to an address other than your main address. Please enter your alternate delivery address at the cash point or enter it on your order form.
The delivery cost regarding freight, packaging and insurance amounts to £4,00 (Sterling). This amount will be charged once per order, regardless of how many individual deliveries the order consists of. Delayed portions of your order are, of course, free of charge.
Should you change your place of residence, we would kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible. All necessary personal details will be recorded by us at the time of your order and we assure you that they will be handled trustworthily.
We accept credit card payment and will be happy to process Visa & MasterCard. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include statutory Value Added Tax. The goods remain the property of Ulla Popken GmbH until payment has been fully completed.
Payment by Credit Card
We would ask you to give us your credit-card number, Security Pin Number (on the reverse side of your credit card), the issuing credit institute, expiry date and your date of birth. The debit demand will be made to your credit-card issuer as soon as the goods have left our premises. Returned goods will be immediately removed from your customer account and the corresponding credit-value transferred to your credit-card issuer.
Notice of right of return
A return form and address return label will be enclosed in your order. Ulla Popken recommends that the original packing be used to return the goods, and is unable to provide additional or alternative packing materials for the return of goods.
Through the utilization of the right of return, both parties are bound to return all aspects of the goods, services or payment made, received or exchanged, including the case of consumable products. In the case of goods damaged upon return, a sum corresponding to the devaluing caused by the damages will be claimed. This will only not be applied on the provisio that the goods have been inspected - such as can be enacted if the goods were taken into a retail premises - and cause of the damage has been established and agreed upon. You are able to avoid the above damage-claim sum by not treating the goods in the manner of an owner of said goods and by not using them in any way which may devalue their worth. Once goods have been returned according to the outlined rights of return, there will no longer exist a contract of purchase. This right of return does not affect your statutory rights.
Order without risk! You may return the delivered goods without reason within 14 days of receipt. Return of items will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order or relevant part of your order. This trial period of 14 days begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods. Only in the case of goods that are not returnable by parcel (e.g. bulk and haulage items), is it possible to request collection. The length of the trial includes the time required to return the goods. In each case the goods are returned at your cost. Please address returns to:
