How to secure your free gift

  1. The new customer, e.g. your friend, places her first order online. She chooses an article and places it in her shopping basket.
  2. She then clicks on "To the cashpoint", completes her order and enters her new customer details in the appropiate box.
  3. With a further click on "Recommend a Friend", a new window will open. The name and address of the new customer should be entered here.
  4. Under "Choose your free gift", you will find the current selection of free gifts. With a click in the appropiate box, the desired gift can be choosen.
  5. With a click on "further" the order can be comleted.

As soon as the new customer has paid for her order, the free gift will be sent to the customer who recommended her.

Please note:

  • This recommend-a-friend-scheme is valid only for mail order customers within the UK, who have previously ordered through Ulla Popken and are recommending a new mail order customer to us.
  • Only persons who have not ordered from Ulla Popken in the last three years may be recommended.
  • Your free gift will be sent to you after payment has been received from the new customer. We reserve the right to alter the free gift offered .
  • If you recommend more than one new customer, you may of course choose more free gifts correspondingly.
  • Please note that gifts may not be exchanged.
  • All gifts are available only while stocks last. Should a gift not be available, you will receive a gift voucher to the value of £15, which will be put against your next order. A cash payment is not possible.
  • Minimum Order Value for the new customer is £15.
