Delivery Terms and Conditions

 

Delivery

Articles which are immediately available are generally delivered in 3-5 working days upon receipt of a complete and error-free order. The valid delivery times for the article of your choice are shown directly at each particular article. And so you can see at a glance when you can expect delivery.

Delivery can be delayed if there is a Sunday or bank holiday between order and delivery. In the event that your order contains articles which are not available for delivery, the dispatch date of the order can be delayed. In order to reduce environmental damage we will combine part orders whenever possible. This can lead to delivery delays. If you do not wish this procedure to apply to your order, then please contact customer service:

Different Shipping Address

If you prefer, we will deliver to a different address. Please enter your alternative delivery address at the cash point or enter it on your order form.

Delivery Cost

There are no delivery charges for your order. Delivery charges for postage and packing will be carried by Ulla Popken regardless of order value. Delayed portions of your order are, of course, also free of delivery charges.

Payment

The Ulla Popken online store currently accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments. All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorize payment then our Customer Service will notify you by e-mail or by telephone. Your card will be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of statutory Value Added Tax. The goods remain the property of Ulla Popken GmbH until payment has been fully completed.

Payment with Credit Card or PayPal

The debit demand to your Credit Card or PayPal account will be made as soon as the goods have left our premises. Returned goods will be credited to your customer account and the corresponding credit value refunded to your Credit Card or PayPal account.
